How to Find Good Twitters to Follow

I think it's almost impossible to find good twitters to follow. It's fun to follow celebrities, and most celebrity names come up as 10 different people when you search them. It is extremely difficult to find the "real" genuine celebrity. For example, if you type in Kim Kardashian, there are about 8 different Kim Kardashians that pop up. Plus, some celebrities don't use there real names, which makes it even more difficult. It would be great to have some kind of "genuine" filter, haha, but I doubt that will ever happen.
